Cancelation Policy
- Clients must provide 24 hour notice to the practitioner before canceling or rescheduling their appointments. Failure to do so will result in a cancelation fee equal to the cost of the treatment.
- Clients are responsible for notifying the practitioner immediately if they have flu-like, cold-like, or COVID-like symptoms, or if there is an emergency. In these cases, the practitioner has the right to waive the cancelation fee if the client is in good standing.
